Ryan Foster

Coach Foster was born and raised in Omaha, NE where he attended and graduated from Skutt Catholic High School. He lettered in three years of basketball before playing two years at the collegiate level. After deciding to hang them up, Coach Foster immediately got involved in refereeing and coaching. Soon to follow, Coach Foster started training athletes. Now having trained for 11 years, he has worked with all levels of skills and ages. Outside of the gym, Coach Foster loves to cook, meditate and read!

Quinton Hite

Coach Q was born and raised in Grant, Nebraska where he attended Perkins County High School and was a 3-year varsity starter for the Plainsmen. He attended Nebraska Wesleyan for 3 years and participated in 1 year of basketball and 3 years of track and field.  After 3 years, Coach Q transferred to UNK to finish school. In 2019, he was 1 of 3 applicants selected to intern at IMPACT Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada to work for world-wide known trainer, Joe Abunassar. For the last 3 years, Coach Q has been teaching and coaching high school basketball in Nebraska, as well as providing skill development training to athletes across the midwest.  His goal for training/coaching is to help develop all-around basketball players and to help share his passion for the game with all athletes, no matter their age or skill level.  Outside of the gym, Coach Q loves to spend time with his wife, Jordyn, he enjoys golfing, and loves spending time on the lake with family and friends.

Mike Mackie

Coach Mackie was born in Union City, California and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Ralston High School where he was a varsity starter for two years in Basketball. After playing one year of college basketball, Coach Mackie moved home and got involved in coaching and skill development. He has now been training and coaching for 14 years. He has experience training/coaching athletes in kindergarten all the way up to athletes playing professionally. Coach Mackie's goal with training and coaching is to help every athlete maximize their abilities while learning to become a better person that will help all communities in a positive manner. When Coach Mackie is not in the gym, he loves to spend time with his wife Meghan, son Cashton, daughter Maesen, the rest of his family and friends.

Ian McPhillips

Coach Ian was born and raised in Omaha, NE where he attended Millard North High School and graduated in 2020. He played varsity basketball as a senior with some of the best talent Omaha has ever seen! New to the scene, Coach Ian has now been training and coaching with The Factory for one year. His coaching goals are to better prepare athletes for what comes along with the high school experience. Preparing for not only basketball but your everyday life in high school. Coach Ian's hobbies outside of basketball include working out, golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Braxton Murphy

Coach Braxton was born in Sioux City, Iowa and raised in Papillion, Nebraska. Braxton graduated from Papillion La-Vista High School in 2015 and played varsity basketball for two years. After one year of college basketball, he decided to move home and completed his associates degree at Metro Community College. Braxton is currently finishing his bachelors degree at UNO in Multidisciplinary Studies. Braxton has been coaching and training for six years. Through those years he has worked with all ages and skill levels. His goal with training and coaching is to develop athletes game by teaching efficient and effective moves, with and without the ball, that translates to any system they play in. Outside of hoops, Braxton likes to hangout with friends and enjoys watching basketball rather than being directly involved.

Zach Westfall

Coach Zach was born and grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. Zach attended Bennington High School where he played varsity basketball for three years. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he studied Sports Marketing. After deciding to not play basketball at the collegiate level, Zach decided to get involved with The Factory where he has been coaching and training for 5 years. Coach Zach’s intentions in training are to help athletes achieve goals they have in sport and in life. When Zach isn’t coaching or training, he enjoys watching sports with friends and family.
