Team Factory

Team Factory is a youth basketball program that helps athletes reach their full potential on the court while connecting cultures with athletes from surrounding areas. We are a skill focused program that hangs our hat on being an exclusive program. Most programs now will take anyone and everyone, put them on a team with a jersey and say go play basketball. We carry 20 athletes per grade level so we can ensure we offer high level coaching and the best experience in town. Team Factory is a 501(c)(3) organization that has never turned a family away because of financials. Our program is a family. A family full of great kids and great families.

Exclusive by Design. Limited on Purpose.

At Team Factory, we believe development suffers when rosters are overcrowded. That’s why we intentionally limit each grade level.

• 20 athletes per grade — maximum

• Only 2 teams per grade

  – National Team

  – Regional Team

This structure ensures every athlete receives real coaching, meaningful minutes, and a clear development plan. We do not build participation teams. We build competitive, developmental teams. Athletes are evaluated and placed based on skill level, readiness, and long-term growth potential.

Team Factory teams are led by experienced, paid coaches. We do not use volunteer coaches.

Our staff is committed to teaching the game the right way: skill progression, basketball IQ, accountability, and competitive mindset. Every practice and game is intentional and built around development.

A Standard, Not Just a Team

This is not a recreational program. This is a competitive environment designed for athletes who are serious about improvement.

Limited spots.

High standards.

Real development.

OUR PILLARS OF SUCCESS:

  1. Leadership Building: Basketball is important, raising young athletes that will better our community is more important. We build leadership by teaching our players to trust, support and celebrate the people around them. Team Factory also volunteers within our community.

  2. Skill Building - Every coach wants to win but winning within our beliefs come first. Intense individual skill development is extremely important to us so our athletes develop for the better of their goals and not ours. We put an emphasis on preparing our athletes for the next level and not the level they are currently playing at.

  3. Team Structure - Great basketball is played when you provide a quality team structure along with freedom to let your players play. Our teams play read and react basketball which does not "pigeon hole" any players into positions. We want our athletes to play free and learn to make decisions that benefit their teams. We believe in teaching players how to play basketball and not teaching them how to run basketball plays.

  4. No Structure - Let’s be honest. Our next generation does not play at the parks and the community centers like we used to for a number of reasons. Regardless of why, the development athletes receive when playing on their own is HUGE! An athlete’s ability to learn on their own is a powerful tool. No coach. No dad. Just pure basketball. Our athletes play 3x3 twice a month with no coaches involved.

  5. Exposure - Exposing our athletes to a high level of competition is important. All of our teams will travel to ensure they get the exposure towards the appropriate competition level, competitive environment and scouting (when that age comes.) Our high school teams are contracted through Under Armour and Recruit Looks where they get national exposure and the best opportunity to showcase their talent in front of hundreds of college coaches.
