Virtual Personalized Workout - This virtual training option is for athletes looking for specific instruction. Each athlete will receive detailed drills designed to help them with each skill they want to develop. It doesn't stop there! Each athlete has the capabilities to record video of themselves and send it their designated trainer for feedback. Sometimes that feedback might be a message, another video explaining what to fix or another drill to compliment what was assigned before. Limited spots are available!

Virtual FWC - The Factory Workout Club is our most popular product and now is available in a virtual training application. We understand that life happens and family calendars become full fast! Now your athlete can train from home or at the local gym within the structure of our workout club. Each athlete will be provided detailed ball handling, shooting and scoring drills week by week that will help them continue to grow and develop.
